• A 100% cancellation fee, based on the price of the services booked, will be charged by the Hotel for cancellations made 5 business days or fewer before the event/stay.
• A 70% cancellation fee, based on the price of the services booked, will be charged by the Hotel for cancellations made 6 to 10 business days before the event/stay.
• A 50% cancellation fee, based on the price of the services booked, will be charged by the Hotel for cancellations made 11 to 20 business days before the event/stay.
• The Hotel does not charge a cancellation fee for cancellations made more than 21 business days before the event/stay.
